Social welfare adviser Sharmeen S Murshid urged all to build the country by utilising the vigour of the youths of July uprising on Sunday.
鈥榃e saw that how the youths and juveniles joined the July mass uprising in 2024 against the fascism,鈥� she said while addressing a workshop at International Mother Language Institute auditorium in Dhaka as chief guest.
With chairman of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission major general (retired) Md Emdadul Bari in chair, the workshop was attended, among others, by joint commissioner of Dhaka metropolitan police Harunur Rashid and chief of National Trauma Counselling Centre Ismat Jahan, said a press release.
The adviser said that the youths became successful in last year鈥檚 uprising due to their inevitable courage and commitment. 鈥楳y ministry will continue its cooperation to the interim government for the wellbeing of the July martyred.鈥�
She called upon the youths to come forward to be equipped with technology for building a merit based nation.
鈥楾he women and children repression will be reduced in the country if we can build resistance in every house with the youths and juveniles,鈥� the adviser added.
