Bangladesh returned to winning ways in the SAFF Under-17 Women鈥檚 Championship 2025, as they secured a 3-0 victory over Nepal at the Changlimithang Stadium in Bhutan on Sunday.

Forward Tuniuye Marma scored in the 41st minute, Suravi Akand Prity found the net in the 45th minute, and Reya scored in the third minute of the injury time. This聽victory marked their second win in three games in the tournament.


Bangladesh started their campaign with a 3-1 win over hosts Bhutan before losing to India 2-0 in the second game on Friday.

With this win, Bangladesh earned six points from three games to stay on the second place in the table behind India, who crushed Bhutan 8-0 in the day鈥檚 other match and collected nine points in as many games.

In their next games, Bangladesh will face Nepal on August 27, before they play Bhutan and India again on August 29 and 31, respectively.
