Pubali Bank PLC has been recognised as one of the top 10 sustainable banks in Bangladesh in Sustainability Rating 2024 by the Bangladesh Bank, said a press release.
At a ceremony on Wednesday, BB governor Ahsan H Mansur handed over certificate of excellence and crest to PBPLC managing director and chief executive officer Mohammad Ali in recognition of leadership in sustainable finance.
Among others, BB deputy governor Nurun Nahar, other senior BB officials and PBPLC deputy managing director Mohammad Esha were present.
This achievement reflects Pubali Bank鈥檚 long-term vision 鈥� to integrate good governance, environment-friendly financing, technology-driven solutions and inclusive banking, the release said.
