Enamul Hoq has been re-elected chairman of Federal Insurance PLC at a board meeting held recently, said a press release.
In the same meeting, Elias Siddiquee was re-elected vice-chairman of the company.
Enamul Hoq is a senate member of Chittagong University, chairman of Eden Multicare Hospital Limited and Paradise Corporation (Pvt) Limited.
He is also vice-chairman of Sinobangla Industries Limited, a joint venture with China, and director of Central Hospital Limited and Central Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre Limited.
He is an adviser of Dutch-Bangla Pack Limited, a joint venture with the Netherlands.
