Mercantile Bank PLC and CDRC on Sunday jointly arranged a seminar on 10 units of lightning arrester installed by RDA in char and haor areas with donation from the bank鈥檚 special CSR fund, said a press release.
Participants discussed operational work of the lightning arresters in the said area through a video presentation.
Rural Development Academy, Bogura DG (additional secretary) AKM Wali Ullah was present as chief guest in the seminar held at the bank鈥檚 head office.
MBPLC DMD and CBO Md Zahid Hossain was present as a special guest.
MBPLC managing director Mati Ul Hasan presided over the seminar.
Among others, deputy managing directors Md聽 Zakir Hossain, Shamim Ahmed, Ashim Kumar Saha, SEVPs Shah Md Sohel Khurshid, Mohammad Iqbal Rezwan, agriculture credit division head Md Zillur Rahman, RDA director Md Abdul Majid Pramanaik, assistant director Md Siam Salauddin and project engineer Md Murad Hossain participated in the seminar.
