The world’s iconic motorcycle brand, Royal Enfield, organised the ‘Royal Enfield Rideout’ for the first time in Bangladesh, bringing its global community ride tradition to the country.

More than 140 riders participated in this inaugural ride, marking the beginning of a new chapter for Bangladeshi bikers on Saturday.

The ride started from Royal Enfield’s iconic flagship showroom in Tejgaon, Dhaka, and concluded at Chuti Resort in Purbachal, where riders spent the day with the Royal Enfield rider community. Under the slogan ‘Pure Motorcycling’, participants shared their passion and love for Royal Enfield, where the rider, the motorcycle, and the road came together to create simple, joyful moments.

The group ride emphasised the importance of avoiding overspeeding and always using safety gear while riding. The key message was that there is joy in riding safely – and it can be just as fulfilling as high-speed thrills.

Royal Enfield also announced its plans to continue organising such monthly group rides across Bangladesh for Royal Enfield owners, ensuring they remain connected and with the Royal Enfield community worldwide. These rides will be tailored to riders’ experience levels – ranging from short rides to long overnight trips, and even cross-border adventures.

Globally renowned for endurance rides such as the Himalayan Odyssey, where riders from around the world travel to the Himalayas, Royal Enfield also holds the distinction of being the first brand to conquer Umling La, the world’s highest motorable pass. The Royal Enfield Rideout in Bangladesh is a continuation of this global legacy, creating epic riding experiences and spreading the love for ‘Pure Motorcycling Fun’ among a growing community.

It is worth mentioning that Royal Enfield, one of the world’s most heritage-rich motorcycle manufacturers, began its journey in 1901 in Redditch, England. Carrying 124 years of motorcycling legacy, Royal Enfield entered Bangladesh in partnership with IFAD Group, inaugurating its flagship showroom and manufacturing plant in Dhaka in 2024. — Press release
