Skill Jobs has launched the JUMP: Career Acceleration Programme, a new initiative designed to support fresh graduates, final-year students and jobseekers, at a ceremony at the 71 Auditorium, Daffodil Plaza in Dhaka recently.
Speaking at the event, Mohammad Nuruzzaman, CEO, Daffodil Group, stated that too many young talents struggle to connect their education with real job opportunities, said a press release on Friday.
‘JUMP is here to change that. We are committed to guiding, mentoring, and preparing them with the skills, confidence, and exposure they need to succeed,’ he added.
The programme offers a wide range of hands-on support, including career development sessions facilitated by industry experts and career coaches; CV and portfolio optimisation to stand out in a competitive job market; mock interviews to boost communication skills and interview readiness; and direct networking opportunities with employers and HR professionals.
With this launch, Skill Jobs further strengthens its commitment to building a skilled, confident, and employable generation, added the press release.
