Standard Bank PLC on Thursday held its 414th board meeting (special) at its head office, said a press release.
Chairman Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting.
Standard Bank vice-chairman AKM Abdul Alim, director and founder vice-chairman Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, directors Ferozur Rahman, SAM Hossain, Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Gulzar Ahmed, Ferdous Ali Khan, Jhahedul Alam, independent director Golam Hafiz Ahmed and managing director and chief executive officer Md Habibur Rahman were present in the meeting.
Among others, Bangladesh Bank director (DBI-6) Md Alauddin Hossain, additional director Md Abu Sufian, assistant director SM Nazmul Hoq, Standard Bank deputy managing director Md Siddiqur Rahman, company secretary Md Mizanur Rahman, chief financial officer Mohammad Salah Uddin, ICCD head Tariqul Islam and audit head Shahnur Md Oleul Hassan attended the meeting.
