Meghna Bank PLC on Wednesday held its 196th board meeting at its head office, said a press release.
Chairperson Uzma Chowdhury presided over the meeting.
Among others, independent directors Mohammad Mamunul Hoque, Md Rajab Ali, M Nazrul Islam, Habibur Rahman and Md Ali Akther Rezvi were also present in the meeting.
At the outset of the meeting, Meghna Bank Securities Limited handed over dividend warrant for the year ended 2024 to the Meghna Bank chairperson Uzma Chowdhury.
