NRBC Bank PLC on Monday held its 207th board meeting at its head office, said a press release.
Chairman Md Ali Hossain Prodhania presided over the meeting.
Among others, independent director and audit committee chairman Muhammad Emdad Ullah, independent director and risk management committee chairman Md Nurul Haque, independent directors Abul Bashar, Md Anwar Hossain, Md Shafiqul Rahman, managing director and chief executive officer Md Touhidul Alam Khan and company secretary Mohammad Ahsan Habib were present in the meeting.
The board approved unaudited financial statements for the second quarter of 2025 and decided to hold the 12th annual general meeting at Kurmitola Golf Club.
According to the financial report, as of June 30, 2025, the bank鈥檚 Earnings Per Share stood at Tk 0.07 on a solo basis and Tk 0.08 on a consolidated basis. The Net Asset Value reached Tk 1,339 crore on a solo basis and Tk 1,381 crore on a consolidated basis. The NAV per share was Tk 16.16 solo and Tk 16.67 consolidated. Additionally, the Net Operating Cash Flow per share stood at Tk 18.47 on a solo basis and Tk 18.38 on a consolidated basis, the release said.
