Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC on Monday held a meeting of its board of directors, said a press release.
Chairman M Zubaidur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Among others, executive committee chairman Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, audit committee chairman Md Abdus Salam, risk management committee chairman M Masud Rahman, independent director Md Abdul Jalil, managing director (current charge) Md Omar Faruk Khan, Shariah supervisory council member secretary Mohammad Abdus Samad and company secretary Mohammad Jahangir Alam attended the meeting.
