NCC Bank PLC on Wednesday approved 13 per cent cash dividend for the year 2024 at its 40th annual general meeting held on digital platform, said a press release.
Chairman Md Nurun Newaz presided over the meeting.
Vice-chairman Abdus Salam, directors Amjadul Ferdous Chowdhury, Syed Asif Nizamuddin, Md Moinuddin, Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz, executive committee chairman Khairul Alam Chaklader, independent director and audit committee chairman Meer Sajed-Ul-Basher and independent director Md Amirul Islam were present.
MD M Shamsul Arefin, AMD M Khurshed Alam, DMDs Md Mahbub Alam, Md Zakir Anam, Mohammed Mizanur Rahman and company secretary Md Monirul Alam joined the AGM, among others.
The bank鈥檚 audited financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2024, along with auditors鈥� report thereon and directors鈥� report were placed before the shareholders at the AGM and duly approved by them with majority votes.
