Mercantile Islami Insurance PLC on Thursday held its 29th annual general meeting in a hybrid manner, said a press release.
Chairman Md Nabi Ullah presided over the meeting.
Among others, adviser M Kamal Uddin, executive committee chairman Abdul Haque, vice-chairman AM Ershad Chowdhury, risk management committee chairman Abdul Mannan Majumder, directors Md Mizanur Rahman, Nurul Azim Sunny and Ahmed Rafae Alif were present.
In the AGM, shareholders approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended 2024.
