Adviser of ministry of local government, rural development and co-operatives Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan said that the Bangladesh government, independent fact-checkers, and media workers had already proved the dangerous propaganda against Bangladesh by the Indian media as false.
In his verified Facebook post, the adviser said that the dangerous Indian media propaganda was started against Bangladesh by capitalising the fake allegations of minority repression after ousting of Sheikh Hasina on August 5.
He added that the concerned Bangladesh government, independent fact-checkers and the media workers had proved that these propagandas against Bangladesh was false through providing real information.
‘Even a documentary related to that false propaganda has also been uploaded in the Facebook post and said the documentary also featured the real experience of the Hindu community people at that time and the real picture behind the propaganda in detail, created by actor Dipok Kumar Goshwami and Shahriar Swajib.’
‘Bangladesh is country of the people of all faiths and the toppling of the then prime minister Sheikh Hasina was held due to coordinated protests by the people of all communities,’ Asif wrote in his post.
