Bikroy, Bangladesh’s trusted online marketplace, has introduced a new feature to enhance user convenience.

From now on, buyers can directly message sellers via WhatsApp from the ad details page. This feature is available on both the Bikroy website and mobile app.


With the addition of WhatsApp, it has now become the third communication channel on Bikroy, alongside phone calls and in-app chat.

By clicking the WhatsApp button below an ad, users can initiate a chat with a pre-filled message that includes the ad link and relevant information. This will make the buyer-seller interactions faster, easier, and more effective.

No additional setup is required for sellers to use this feature. The first mobile number listed in the ad will automatically be used for WhatsApp communication.
