Takaful Islami Insurance PLC on Tuesday held its 143rd board meeting in Dhaka, said a press release.
Chairperson Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting.
The board approved financial statement for the year 2024, the first quarter financial statement (un-audited) for the year 2025 and recommended 10 per cent cash dividend.
Among others, chief executive officer Abul Kalam Azad, additional managing director Mohammad Selim, CFO Mohammad Mamunul Islam and company secretary Mohammad Shaheen Miah were present.
