Southeast Bank PLC on Saturday celebrated its 30th anniversary.
On the occasion, Southeast Bank organised an event on Saturday, which was held at the Bangladesh China Friendship Conference Centre.
The celebration was attended by Nazma Mobarek, secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, as chief guest, who commended the bank鈥檚 long-standing contribution to the country鈥檚 financial sector.
Md Zakir Hossain Chowdhury, deputy governor, Bangladesh Bank was also present as special guest.
MA Kashem, chairman of Southeast Bank, expressed his gratitude to the bank鈥檚 clients, stakeholders, and employees, emphasising the values of trust, integrity, and innovation that have guided the bank over the past three decades.
Rehana Rahman, vice-chairperson, Southeast Bank, also gave a valuable speech at that event. Abidur Rahman Chowdhury, managing director (current charge) delivered his welcome speech.
In addition, the board of directors of the bank, customers, artists, literary figures, cultural, economic-commercial elites, administrative officials, executives and officers of the bank, and eminent personalities from various spheres of society were present at the event.
