Standard Chartered Bangladesh, in association with Japan External Trade Organisation and key government institutions, recently hosted a high-level economic briefing spotlighting the strategic importance of the Japan-Bangladesh economic corridor, said a press release.

Among others, BIDA and BEZA executive chairman Chowdhury Ashik Mahmud Bin Harun, Standard Chartered chief executive officer Naser Ezaz Bijoy, country chief risk officer Enamul Huque, Standard Chartered Japan CEO Yusuke Asai, Japan ambassador Saida Shinichi, JETRO country representative Yuji Ando and JICA Bangladesh chief representative Ichiguchi Tomohide were present.
