Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC on Thursday held a board meeting, said a press release.
Chairman Obayed Ullah Al Masud presided over the meeting held at Islami Bank Tower in Dhaka.
Among others, executive committee chairman Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, audit committee chairman Md Abdus Salam, risk management committee chairman M Masud Rahman, independent directors Md Abdul Jalil, M Zubaidur Rahman, managing director (current charge) Md Omar Faruk Khan, Shariah supervisory committee member secretary Mohammad Abdus Samad and company secretary Mohammad Jahangir Alam attended the meeting.
