Syed Abdul Momen, additional managing director and head of SME banking of BRAC Bank, has been awarded ‘SME Banker of the Year – Bronze’ at Qorus SME Banking Awards 2025 in Vienna, said a press release.
Momen joined BRAC Bank in 2005 and then became SME banking division head in 2017 and was promoted to AMD in 2025.
Selim RF Hussain, managing director and chief executive officer of BRAC Bank, said, ‘This global recognition is a proud moment not just for Momen but for Bangladesh. It underscores our deep-rooted commitment to inclusive SME banking.’
