Pioneer Insurance Company Limited on Tuesday approved 25 per cent cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024, said a press release.
The company took the decision during its 29th annual general meeting held virtually on the day.
Independent director Zakir Ahmed Khan presided over the meeting.
