A seven-bed Kidney Dialysis Centre was inaugurated at Dhaka Community Hospital on Saturday.聽
The center, named Chakladar Dialysis Centre, was established with funding from Khairul Alam Chakladar, chairman of the executive committee of National Credit and Commerce Bank, said a press release.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Khairul Alam Chakladar praised Dhaka Community Hospital for its contribution to medical services, particularly in providing treatment to the lower-income population.
Dhaka Community Hospital Trust chairman professor Quazi Quamruzzaman, professor Mahmudar Rahman, professor Omar Sharif Ibne Hasan and Dr Fuadul Islam were also present at the event, among others.
