Dhaka Electric Supply Company Limited on Saturday held its 502nd board meeting at its premises at Mirpur in the capital Dhaka, said a press release.
DESCO chairman and PPPA chief executive officer (secretary) Muhammad Rafiqul Islam presided over the meeting.
Among others, DESCO managing director Brigadier General Shamim Ahmed (retired), directors Md Sabur Hossain, AHM Ziaul Haque, Abdullah Noman, Anjana Khan Majlish, Muhammad Hasnat Morshed Bhuiyan, independent directors Lutfe Maula Ayub, Farzana Chowdhury and Farzana Sharmin (Putul) were present.
