Bangladesh University of Professionals celebrated ‘Bangla Noboborsho 1432’ with vibrant festivities on Monday.
To make the day memorable, a series of traditional programmes were organised at the Monpura Field and Concourse of BUP from early morning, said a press release.
The celebration featured an array of delicious traditional Bengali food, various competitions, games, and a festive Baishakhi fair that reflected the rich heritage of Bengali culture.
Vice-chancellor of BUP Major General Md Mahbub-ul Alam graced the occasion as chief guest and officially inaugurated the Baishakhi Fair. BUP high officials, teachers, family members, staffs and students were also present.
