An angry mob severely beat a teenager following an allegation of rape in the capital鈥檚 Khilkhet area while police were taking him into their custody Tuesday night.
A video footage that went viral on social media platforms on Tuesday night shows several hundred people surrounding a police vehicle and beating the youth hanging upside down.
