The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh announces its participation in the World Health Organization鈥檚 QualityRights initiative, in collaboration with the global alliance for public relations and communication management.
This ground-breaking global movement aims to drive systemic change in mental health and human rights, ensuring inclusive and stigma-free communication practices, said a press release on Sunday.
Professor Jude William Genilo, pro-vice-chancellor of ULAB, said that through the WHO QualityRights e-training, they were equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to challenge stigma, foster inclusivity, and advocate for mental health as a fundamental human right.
By encouraging students, educators, and professionals to complete the QualityRights e-training, ULAB is not only enhancing individual awareness but also contributing to a broader movement for systemic change in Bangladesh and beyond.
