Fruit traders have blocked Barishal-Dhaka Highway demanding allotment of some new stalls built by Barishal City Corporation without lottery.
The vendors put barricades in Hatem Ali Choumatha area on the highway around 11:00am on Tuesday, disrupting the vehicular movement and causing suffering of commuters.
