
To make customer service more accessible, bKash has opened 63 additional service centres, said a press release.
With this, customers across the country can now avail services from a total of 356 centres.
Beyond these service centres, bKash offers round-the-clock assistance through various digital channels, including the helpline 16247, live chat, email, and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, it said.
The nationwide centres provide a wide range of services to customers, including account opening, information updates, resolution of complaints, statement generation, technical support and other bKash services.
Operating hours are generally from 10:00am to 7:00pm. The centres remain open seven days a week, except government holidays. — Press release
