Foreign affairs adviser Md Touhid Hossain on Saturday said that Bangladesh needed to 鈥榤aintain a kind a balance鈥� in pursuing its foreign relations with big countries like India, China and the United States.
He mentioned that Bangladesh was not a major player in the global arena.
