Today is the 60th anniversary of birth of poet-musician and journalist Sanjeeb Choudhury.
Born in Habiganj on December 25, 1964, Sanjeeb Choudhury and Bappa Mazumder founded the band Dalchhut in the 鈥�90s, which carved a niche for itself within a short time.
Besides releasing a solo album titled Swapnabaji, Sanjeeb wrote, composed and rendered songs for Dalchhut鈥檚 four albums under the headers 鈥楢hh鈥�, 鈥楬ridaypur鈥�, 鈥楢kashchuri鈥� and 鈥楯ochhnabihar鈥�.
