Police have arrested former chairman of Manda Upazila Parishad, Tofazzal Hossain in the Bindubazar area of Manda upazila in Naogaon on Monday.
Tofazzal Hossain, 52, son of the late Karim Mondol of village Sahapur in Manda Sadar Union, currently serves as the joint general secretary of the Manda Upazila Awami League.
