ASM Feroz Alam has been elected chairman of Mercantile Bank Securities Limited in its 70th meeting of board of directors held on Tuesday, said a press release.
ASM Feroz Alam, also a sponsor director of Mercantile Bank PLC, is serving as managing director of Toyo System BD Ltd.
He is a sponsor and former chairman of Premier Leasing and Finance Limited. He is also founder of Shaheda Gafur Ibrahim General Hospital, Kalaiya, Patuakhali.
