A Dhaka court on Wednesday rejected a suit filed by First Finance Limited, a non-banking financial institution, against its former additional managing director Tuhin Reza for realisation money of Tk 18.50 lakh, he allegedly approved, as advanced withdrawal.聽聽聽聽
Dhaka Fourth Joint district judge Tamanna Farah pronounced the verdict after granting a petition filed by Tuhin Reza for rejection of plain of the money suit.
The court observed that there was no 鈥榗ause of action鈥� for filing of the suit against Tuhin Reza. The alleged approval was made in between 2017 and 2019 while he served as an acting managing director the financial institution, according to the case.聽
Lawyer Muntasir Mahmud Rahman and his juniors, Ashiqur Rahman Khan and Mohammad Yunus appeared for Tuhin Reza while Abdul Kalam Hawlader represented the First Finance Limited.
