Actress Rista Laboni Shimana鈥檚 health condition has deteriorated. Her brother Ejaz Bin Ali has informed that she is still on life support.
鈥楬er health condition is deteriorating every day. I urge all to pray for her recovery,鈥� said Ejaz on Monday evening.
He said that Shimana was initially admitted to a hospital on May 21 after suffering a brain haemorrhage.
Later, she was admitted to the National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital. After her condition deteriorated, she was admitted to the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University for better treatment and put on life support on May 29.
Shimana gained recognition in the entertainment industry through the Lux-Channel i Superstar competition in 2006.
She regularly acted in small screen productions and commercials till 2016. She also acted in the film titled 鈥楧aruchini Dwip鈥�.
She returned to acting in the past year.
