PRAN-RFL Group has received ‘Global Business Leadership in Agri-Processing Excellence Award’ at ABCCI Business Excellence Awards 2025 held recently in Australia, said a press release.

PRAN-RFL Group deputy managing director (export) Md Rasedul Hasan received the award on behalf of the organisation.

The award recognises PRANS-RFL Group’s contribution to the growth and transformation of Bangladesh’s agro-processing industry — from empowering millions of rural farmers and promoting value addition to expanding the global reach of ‘Made in Bangladesh’ products across 148 countries.

FM Borhan Uddin, high commissioner of Bangladesh to Australia, presented the award in the presence of distinguished guests, including Jo Briskey, federal member for Maribyrnong, Renee Heath, shadow assistant minister for multicultural affairs; Brad Battin, leader of Victorian Liberal Party.

Accepting the award, Md Rasedul Hasan said, ‘This recognition belongs to the entire PRAN-RFL family — more than 1,68,000 people united by a shared vision to represent Bangladesh with pride. Our journey is driven by purpose: to empower communities, strengthen exports, and showcase the quality and potential of Bangladeshi products on the global stage.’

The ABCCI Business Excellence Awards brought together business leaders, diplomats and policymakers to celebrate the growing partnership between Australia and Bangladesh.
