Mohd Khorshed Alam has been elected president and Jamilur Rahman secretary general of the Bangladesh China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCCI) for the 2025-2027 term.
BCCCI election board chairman Md Sayed Ali announced the names of the 24 newly elected Executive Committee members on October 8.
The charge-handover ceremony was held on Thursday at the BCCCI office in the capital鈥檚 Gulshan area, according to a press release.
The event was presided over by Nargis Murshida, administrator of BCCCI and joint secretary of the Ministry of Commerce. Most of the newly elected EC members were present on the occasion.
As there was no contesting panel or individual candidate, all officials were elected uncontested.
