
The investigation agency of the International Crimes Tribunal on Sunday submitted its probe report accusing Awami League leader Mahbubul Alam Hanif, Jasad president Hasanul Haq Inu, and three others for committing crimes against humanity during the July 2024 movement in Kushtia.
According to the report, the five are accused of being involvement in the killing of seven people during the unrest.
The ICT鈥檚 Tribunal-1, led by Justice Md Shofiul Alam Mahmood, directed chief prosecutor Mohammad Tajul Islam to submit formal charges by September 29, paving the way for the trial to begin.
