The leaders and activists of the main opposition Bangladesh Nationalist Party and other parties involved in the simultaneous movement will hold gayebana janaza across the country on Wednesday for the students killed in the quota reform movement.

BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced the programme at a press conference after a meeting with the leaders of Ganatantra Mancha at BNP Chairperson鈥檚 Gulshan office on Tuesday.


He said that the gayebana janaza would be held at the north gate of the national mosque Baitul Mukarram in Dhaka after Zuhr prayers.

Fakhrul said that a similar programme would be held across the country on the same day.
