Two Bangladeshi triathletes, Mostafijur Rahman and Imtiaz-Bin-Faruque Bhuiyan, have qualified for this year鈥檚 Ironman 70.3 World Championship following their brilliant performance at the Ironman 70.3 in Desaru Coast, Malaysia, on May 25.
The Ironman 70.3 World Championship is scheduled to be held in Marbella, Spain, on November 8.
An Ironman 70.3, also known as a Half Ironman, is one of a series of long-distance triathlon races organised by the World Triathlon Corporation.听
The 70.3 triathlon consists of a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run, covering a total of 70.3 miles.
