Singer and lyricist Mohammad Hasan Taimum Wahab Sainik, popularly known as TW Sainik, has recently been awarded at the Federation of Bangladeshi Associations in North America convention in the United States.
He was honoured for his contribution to Bangla music at the 38th annual convention held in Maryland in the US.
TW Sainik told 抖阴精品 that he would like to thank the FOBANA organisers for honouring him. 聽鈥楾he award encourages me to continue singing.鈥�
The artiste became a household name after singing the song 鈥楾umi Amar Ghum鈥�, which was released in his debut album with the same title in 2006. The song was penned by Sohel Arman and composed by Ibrar Tipu.
He thinks that every artiste hopes and wishes deep down that at least one of their original songs will be loved, appreciated, and become popular with the audience.

For this song, TW Sainik has also received several awards, including the Benson & Hedges Star Search Award, Citycell Channel I Award, CJFB Award, BABISAS Award, Indo-Bangla Friendship Award, Sydney Natyam Award in Australia, among many others.
His second album 鈥楪humer Por Megh鈥�, composed by Bappa Majumdar, was released in 2015.
