Musician, lyricist and singer Rahul Ananda said that the forthcoming album of his band Joler Gaan would depict human experience, contemporary times and philosophy.
The band鈥檚 forthcoming album will be released under the title 鈥楢yna Joler Gaan鈥�. The album鈥檚 first song 鈥楥ha(n)dMama鈥� has been released recently on the band鈥檚 official Facebook page and Youtube channel.
鈥極ur forthcoming album will be called 鈥淎yna Joler Gaan鈥� which will remind music lovers about water that reflects the face of a person. The songs of the album are based on conversations between us and our inner self. We have traversed a long path as musicians. We will depict contemporary times, philosophy and human experience in the album,鈥� said Rahul Ananda.
Rahul wrote lyrics, composed and arranged music for Cha(n)dMama. It was released on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr. It has garnered over 20,000 views on online platforms.
鈥榃e never worry about how many views our song garners. We would be happy if 200 real music lovers like our songs. We create our music videos without sponsors and we never boost our content. This song is popular among our listeners because we performed it in different concerts,鈥� said Rahul, who mentioned that 鈥楢yna Joler Gaan鈥� will comprise 11 songs.
鈥榃e are planning to release the next song titled Prempatro in next month. Nowadays, the trend of releasing a full album has almost disappeared but albums are important because an album can express a theme and statement through its songs,鈥� added Rahul.
He said that Joler Gaan would release all songs in the next 12 months.
鈥榃e have prepared five music videos and recorded seven songs. Most of the songs have been written and composed by me. We hope that music lovers will listen to our new songs,鈥� ended Rahul.
