SME Foundation will host the third edition of the National SME Business Plan Competition 2025 to inspire existing MSME entrepreneurs and students from educational institutions to showcase innovative business ideas.
According to a press release, the initiative aims to boost economic growth through sustainable industrialisation and MSME development by encouraging new business ventures and entrepreneurship.
Participants will gain knowledge in areas such as market assessment, production management, risk mitigation, and financial analysis.
Applicants must be Bangladeshi citizens with at least an HSC or equivalent qualification.
聽Interested individuals or teams of up to four can apply with creative business ideas in the product or service sector by November 20, the foundation said.
After the initial screening, shortlisted participant will be trained on preparing MSME business plans and must submit their original plans to the SME Foundation office within one month.
A jury board will pick the three final winners who will get Tk 5 lakh, Tk 4 lakh and Tk 3 lakh as prize money, along with training, mentorship, business development support, and access to SME Foundation partner banks for loans.
