Nayamul Hoque has been appointed as company secretary of Prime Bank PLC, said a press release.
He has been serving at Prime Bank since 2023 under its board secretary and corporate affairs division.
Prior to joining Prime Bank, he served as company secretary of ACI Formulations PLC.
He brings with him over 17 years of extensive experience in reputed organisations such as Lanka Bangla Securities Limited, UCB Capital Management Limited and ACI PLC.
He is a Fellow Chartered Secretary and holds a bachelor of laws degree.
