UCB Investment Limited and Brain Station 23 PLC have recently signed an issue management agreement related to the company鈥檚 upcoming initial qualified investor offer or IQIO, said a press release.
UCB Investment Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of United Commercial Bank PLC, will act as issue manager for software services company Brain Station 23 PLC.
UCB Investment managing director and chief executive officer Tanzim Alamgir and Brain Station 23 MD and CEO Raisul Kabir signed the agreement.
Speaking at the event, representatives from both sides emphasised that the partnership went beyond business collaboration 鈥� it symbolised a bridge between the country鈥檚 financial and tech ecosystems.
They expressed optimism that the initiative would enhance investor confidence and accelerate the participation of technology-driven companies on Bangladesh鈥檚 capital market.
The IQIO initiative of Brain Station 23 PLC is being viewed as a significant step forward for Bangladesh鈥檚 innovation landscape and the country鈥檚 growing digital economy, the release said.
