
Telecommunications service provider Grameenphone, state-owned mobile operator Teletalk and leading tower company EDOTCO Bangladesh entered into a landmark infrastructure sharing agreement on Sunday to strengthen Bangladesh’s digital ecosystem.
Through this collaboration, EDOTCO will provide infrastructure support to both Grameenphone and Teletalk, enabling them to expand network coverage across Bangladesh.
By leveraging shared tower infrastructure, the partnership will enhance operational and network efficiency, accelerate network rollout and improve service quality and accessibility for millions of users.
Grameenphone chief executive officer Yasir Azman, Teletalk managing director Nurul Mabud Chowdhury and EDOTCO Bangladesh country managing director Sunil Isaac signed the agreement.
Grameenphone chief corporate affairs officer Tanveer Mohammad, chief business officer Asif Naimur Rashid, Teletalk deputy general manager (regulatory and corporate relation) SM Luthfullahil Mozid and EDOTCO Bangladesh key account manager Kazi Ayon Adnan, among others, attended the signing ceremony.
