National Bank PLC held its ‘Managers Meet’ in Khulna on Thursday, bringing together 23 branch managers to assess performance, share insights, and plan for future growth, according to a press release.

The bank held the event to enhance key operations like deposit mobilisation, loan recovery, and marketing efforts for sustainable growth.

All senior executives, regional managers, and branch managers under National Bank’s Khulna Circle participated in the event.

Managing director Adil Chowdhury attended the session as a chief Guest.

In his keynote address, Chowdhury emphasised the importance of leadership, integrity, and strategic thinking in achieving long-term success.

He encouraged branch managers to embrace four key principles, including fostering a growth mindset, ensuring honesty and transparency, staying positive in challenges, and making ownership-driven decisions for the Bank’s future.

‘Time is our biggest challenge, but with honesty, professionalism, and a quality focus, we can position National Bank among the top five banks in Bangladesh,’ affirmed Adil Chowdhury.

The meeting ended with a commitment from all participants to boost customer confidence, improve business performance, and enhance the Bank’s competitiveness nationwide.
