Energypac Power Generation PLC has recently launched its latest service initiative called ‘Amar Gari 5S Service Centre’ at Vogra, Gazipur on Dhaka Mymensing Highway, said a press release.
This 5S service centre is dedicated to provide specialised service for Chinese commercial vehicles in the country.
The centre would be the country’s first and largest service center for Chinese commercial vehicle servicing and a reliable source of genuine spare parts, it said.
Apart from Chinese commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses, and double-cabin pickups, this service centre will also provide service facilities for Chinese construction machinery.
Speaking on the initiative, Energypac managing director and chief executive officer Humayun Rashid stated, ‘As Bangladesh’s automobile industry continues to grow so we have witnessed a significant shift in the market. At Energypac, we recognised the need for a one-stop service centre for Chinese Commercial Vehicles to meet the evolving demands. And we have stepped forward with a vision to elevate the country’s automotive service sector to global standards. Through our service centre we aim to set new benchmark in quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.’
The centre is designed to ensure vehicle longevity, customer satisfaction, and operational continuity for commercial users. It is equipped to service up to 20 vehicles simultaneously and supported by an initial workforce of 50 highly trained and skilled personnel, who are experts in this arena.
The centre also features a 24/7 support system for customers. The company plans to expand Amar Gari 5S Service Centre nationwide, which will ultimately create employment for around 1,000 people.
