National Housing Finance PLC on Sunday held its 26th annual general meeting on digital platform, said a press release.
In the meeting, shareholders approved 10 per cent stock dividend that is 1 share for every 10 shares held for the year 2024.
Chairman Khondaker Showkat Hossain presided over the meeting.
In the AGM, Mohammad Shamsul Islam, managing director, and Md Sarwar Kamal, company secretary, were present.
According to the release, National Housing Finance is one of the largest financial institutions in the country engaged mainly with home loan. Total shareholders鈥� equity of the company is Tk 2,100.82 million as on December 31, 2024 and Net Asset Value per Share Tk 17.95.
