First Finance Limited held its 32nd annual general meeting for the year ended December 31, 2024, said a press release.
The meeting was conducted through a hybrid system on September 11.
Chairman Masud Hossain Khan presided over the meeting.
Among others, vice-chairman and nominated director Abu Zakir, nominated directors Md Altaf Hossain, Amatun Noor and independent director Md Habibur Rahman.
Managing director and chief executive officer Shah Md Abdul Bari was also in attendance.
During the AGM, shareholders approved audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, along with directors鈥� and auditors鈥� reports.
They also approved appointment of statutory auditor and compliance auditor for the financial year 2025 and remuneration of the appointed auditors.
