Modhumoti Bank PLC on Sunday held its 89th meeting of board of directors, said a press release.
Chairman Humayun Kabir attended the meeting.
Among others, board members Nemai Kumar Saha, Salahuddin Alamgir, Mostafa Kamal, Tanjima Binthe Mostafa, Sultana Jahan, A Mannan Khan, Ferdousi Islam, Tanveer Ahmed Mostafa, Md Mahbubur Rahman, independent director Monjurul Ahsan Bulbul and managing director and chief executive officer Md Shafiul Azam were present.
